This evaluation examines the delivery and impact of the Region’s ExtendPlus Programme, which provided small and medium-sized businesses with support to understand their carbon footprint and identify opportunities to reduce emissions.
The report sets out the programme’s approach and implementation, its impact on participating organisations and feedback from businesses, stakeholders and delivery partners. It identifies strengths and delivery challenges and makes recommendations to inform the design and delivery of future business support programmes.
