East Renfrewshire’s City Deal projects total £44 million investment. The Council’s overarching programme is entitled the M77 Strategic Corridor

New railway station at Barrhead South
A new purpose-built rail station and bus interchange is planned at Barrhead South, on the Glasgow to Neilston line.
