Transforming social housing with AI-powered insights.
Location: Glasgow City Region
The Hubble project is revolutionising social housing through AI-powered data integration and tenant engagement. Funded by the £600,000 5G Glasgow City Region (GCR) Smart and Connected Social Places Innovation Fund, this cutting-edge platform centralises fragmented data to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and tenant well-being.
The Challenge
Social housing landlords often face challenges managing fragmented data from multiple platforms, leading to inefficiencies and poor tenant engagement. Without a unified system, it becomes difficult to make informed decisions, address maintenance issues proactively, or improve tenant satisfaction.
The Innovation
The Hubble platform integrates data from housing management systems, IoT sensors, and tenant feedback tools to provide real-time insights through AI-powered analytics. It empowers housing providers to make data-driven decisions and offers tenants a user-friendly platform for personalised insights, proactive notifications, and seamless service requests.
- AI-Powered Insights: Enhances decision-making with predictive analytics and data visualisation.
- Integrated Data Platform: Unifies information from multiple systems, including IoT sensors.
- Tenant Engagement Tools: Provides personalised dashboards, energy usage insights, and maintenance tracking.
The Hubble project is a collaboration between industry leaders and housing experts:
- Tenants Hub: Leading software development, project management, and tenant engagement.
- Craigdale Housing: Providing governance and access to tenant data.
- Alpaca Global Solutions: Supplying IoT sensor technology and expertise in data integration.
- 80% Data Integration: Successfully unifying data from existing platforms.
- 75% Tenant Adoption Rate: Engaging tenants through easy-to-use digital tools.
- 15% Reduction in Operational Inefficiencies: Streamlining workflows and service delivery.
- 80% Positive Tenant Feedback: Enhancing satisfaction with responsive, personalised services.
